Ocean Shores Country Club is a community club combining dining, golf, bowls and entertainment at 113A Orana Rd, Ocean Shores. The dining area provides a relaxed setting for lunch and dinner, with fresh, coastal-inspired meals and ocean views. Its atmosphere suits casual catch-ups, family meals and time spent with friends, while the broader club setting gives the venue a social, activity-based character.
Dining is one part of a wider country club experience. The venue operates a golf course with competitions, social golf and coaching, as well as a bowls program that includes social bowls and competitions. These activities make the club a practical choice for visitors looking to pair a meal with a sporting occasion, or for members and guests attending a club day, competition or casual gathering.
The events calendar adds another layer to the venue. Live music, trivia, raffles, golf days and special dining nights form part of the club’s entertainment program. Functions are also catered for, giving the venue a setting for organised gatherings as well as everyday dining. The mix of food, sport and scheduled activities creates an easygoing club environment rather than a formal restaurant experience.
The menu is presented around fresh meals with a coastal influence, and the ocean outlook shapes the dining setting. Lunch and dinner service allow the venue to work for daytime meals, an evening catch-up or a meal after time on the course or bowls green. Family and friends are specifically part of the dining audience, while public access is provided across the club’s golf offering and dining can be booked through the venue.
For visitors exploring the Northern Rivers around Byron Bay, Ocean Shores Country Club offers a straightforward place to eat, follow local sporting activity or attend an event. The venue suits diners who prefer a relaxed club atmosphere, groups attending a function, and golfers or bowlers looking for food and social time alongside their activity. Checking the club’s events calendar before a visit can help align dining with live entertainment, trivia or a special club occasion.
